Warranty Terms
I will repair or replace items purchased through alwaysbrie.com at no charge for up to 2 years following purchase (under all reasonable circumstances). For purchases older than 2 years, repairs will be subject to a fee assessed on a case-by-case basis. We will always do our best to repair your special piece. Repairs can include re-stringing, damaged beads, etc.
*If you are looking for a refund, you will need to submit a return claim under the Returns Portal*
